Consecutive Translation:

Consecutive translation is the process of listening to the speaker’s speech, translating them into the target language and conveying them to other participants. Usually the speaker stops speaking after 3-4 sentences and waits fit to be translated. During consecutive translation, the interpreters sit at the meeting table with the participants and do not use any technical equipment. The translatwill be able to professionally translate, no matter how long, as long as she/he listens to the speaker’s speech and then knows the correct translation techniques.
